The Apartment

Welcome to this recently fully renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a secure residential building at 1 Allée des Sables in Tours.

The apartment features an entrance hall leading to a pleasant, light-filled living area.

This space includes a comfortable sofa bed for two, a TV, and a dining area with a table for six that comes with an extension leaf.

The fully equipped kitchen also includes a small high-top table for two—perfect for enjoying a coffee or breakfast.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms with storage wardrobes, a shower room with a sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet with a built-in hand basin.

From the living room, you have access to a small private balcony furnished with a table for two, offering a spot to get some fresh air or smoke a cigarette.

For your comfort, all windows are fitted with shutters, allowing you to keep the apartment dark and private.

Fully renovated and situated in a secure building with an elevator, this apartment offers a comfortable, functional setting for a stay in Tours—whether with family, friends, or for a business trip.

Accessing the apartment and parking

Upon arrival at 1 Allée des Sables in Tours, you may initially stop or park for a few minutes in front of the building, about 4 to 5 meters from the entrance.

To the left of the entrance, you will find a green fence with several key boxes attached to it

. Our key box is number 1.

The code will be sent to you via message before your arrival.

For security reasons, please do not leave the code visible and ensure the key box is securely closed after retrieving or returning the keys.

Inside the key box, you will find two fobs: one to open the building's secure entrance and one to open the apartment door.

To open the apartment door, simply hold the fob near the top of the electronic lock, in the designated area.

Private parking

A remote control fob for the secure parking area is located inside the apartment.

After retrieving your car, leave the parking area in front of the building, then turn right and right again.

You will find the entrance to the secure parking area, which is controlled by a barrier.

Use the remote fob to open the barrier and park in space no. 9, which is reserved for the apartment.

The parking area has direct pedestrian access to the building, allowing you to easily reach the apartment without having to go back out onto the street.

Arrival by train and getting around:

The apartment is also easily accessible by train. From the apartment, you can reach the Tours train station by tram in just two stops—a journey of about 5 minutes.

Once there, you can easily get around Tours using public transport or on foot.

To explore the wider Touraine region—including the Loire Valley châteaux, vineyards, and surrounding tourist sites—having a car is particularly convenient.

The Neighborhood and Surroundings

The apartment is located at 1 Allée des Sables in Tours, in a pleasant and well-connected neighborhood that makes it easy to enjoy the city and its many attractions.

From the apartment, you can easily reach the historic center of Tours—known as "Vieux Tours"—and Place Plumereau, with its historic houses, cafés, bars, and restaurants.

Other sites worth visiting include Saint-Gatien Cathedral, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Château de Tours. Place Plumereau is one of the historic center's most iconic spots.

Guests can also enjoy the Tours Botanical Garden—perfect for a stroll—as well as the city center's many markets, shops, and pedestrian streets.
