Bathroom facilities: Ground floor: a separate toilet.

First floor: a shower room with a shower and toilet, but no sink.

First-floor bedroom: a second shower room with a shower and sink, but no toilet.

Stairs: The house features several rather long flights of stairs.

Access to the second floor is via a spiral staircase.

For safety reasons, this staircase has a maximum weight limit of 110 kg.

We recommend that guests take these features into account when booking, particularly those with difficulty climbing stairs or limited mobility.

The property is easily accessible by car and serves as a convenient base for exploring Amboise and the surrounding area.

The town center and main tourist attractions can also be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.
